Please note that all products purchased from DGC Store are non-returnable. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have been sold.

Damaged or Expired Products
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or expired product, we offer a refund or replacement. If you receive an item that is damaged or expired, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing us with your order number and a photo of the damaged or expired product. We will promptly assist you with the return and replacement process or issue a full refund.

Processing Time for Refunds and Replacements
